Paul Ward is the Executive Headteacher of the Trust with overall responsibility to the DfE for standards and outcomes. He has been a teacher since September 1986 and in the early part of his career taught in both Ireland and the USA. Upon moving to London in 1988 he worked in schools in the London Borough of Barnet in a variety of roles . This involved starting as a Teacher of Geography and then progressing through the system to become a Head of Humanities, Head of Year, Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher. In January 2009 he became Headteacher of Redden Court School which he led successfully until moving into a permanent focus on the role of Executive Headteacher from Easter 2020. As a result of the success of Redden Court School he was invited to form the Trust by the DfE in 2017. He insisted that the name of the Trust should reflect the overall vision of the Trust in that all stakeholders should be given the opportunity to be successful as part of our provision and offer.
